9-week experience deep-diving into your connection to your soul, your body, and your emotions in a virtual group setting. We meet Mondays at 8pm to connect with ourselves, others, and our bodies and souls in this immersive experience into the soul and the self. Shared experiences with others builds community and coherence, and supports our transition into becoming the brightest and truest version of ourselves - becoming more confident, radiant, and getting people saying "There's something different about you!?" *This program includes 1 one on one check in.* Transform your relationships in all forms through this spiritual and emotional container. Hi! I'm Laura, a spiritual badass who has committed myself to personal development, self-healing, and spiritual practices. Not too long ago, I was feeling overwhelmed with life and not sure what I was meant to do. After having my kids, I started a meditation and self-healing practice, but wanted to go deeper into my soul and really uncover who I am meant to be on this Earth.
